Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at: support@givelovegifts. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then proceed to remedy the situation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items which are personalized with engraving or other personal options are not returnable. Items must be in a pristine condition to be eligible for return.

The quickest way to ensure that you get what you require is to request a refund and, upon approval, return the item you have received. Once your refund is received, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item that you require.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The refund will be for the item price paid only. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
